Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made by express courier with a contribution of € 15.00 for NATIONAL and EUROPEAN shipments, while a contribution of € 50.00 for countries of the rest of the world.
As required by the laws governing the trade, all DamianoPresta.com shipments are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of the individual items in Euro. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Orders are shipped from DamianoPresta.com, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.
DamianoPresta.com is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or for reasons of force majeure beyond the control of DamianoPresta.com.
The orders of items already available are sent the first working day following the one in which the order was placed, after confirming the availability of the goods and the bank verification for our new customers.

Traceability of the shipment
When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from DamianoPresta.com with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by DamianoPresta.com
Delivery of the order
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature proof of delivery of the shipment.
If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are requested to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and to contact DamianoPresta.com at email@example.com
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with DamianoPresta.com and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered due to customer-dependent reasons (incorrect address, always absent recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the reimbursement due to the customer.
